The w788 platform is available only to individuals who meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and during any subsequent use of the platform:

• If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact support immediately.
• w788 accounts are non-transferable. You may not share, sell or transfer your account to any other person.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to administrative closure after prior notice.

All deposits on w788 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). • Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or misuse of the platform.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.
• Account inactivity beyond a period specified in the account settings.

Where an account is suspended due to breach of these terms, any balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, w788 may forfeit the balance. Where no breach is confirmed, any remaining eligible balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method, subject to KYC completion.

w788 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain reliable and uninterrupted access to the platform, w788 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, or that it will be entirely free of errors.

• w788 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures or interruptions outside the platform's direct control.

• In the event of a verifiable technical error on the w788 platform that results in an incorrect game outcome or incorrect odds being displayed, w788's liability is limited to refunding the affected stake.
